For clients the platform is completely free. You post a ride assignment, receive bids and choose the best driver, at no cost.
After posting, drivers can independently bid a price for your ride. When the bidding period ends, you receive the best bids by email. You compare price, profile and experience and choose which driver you want to continue with.
For a public ride assignment, you may optionally propose a reasonable amount per one-way ride. This is a non-binding, negotiable price indication, not a fixed price or automatic price calculation. Drivers remain free to bid a higher, lower or equal amount. For a return trip, the customer proposal applies separately to the outbound and return rides.
In the email containing the best bids, you can accept a bid immediately or make one counteroffer per driver. The driver responds once by accepting, keeping the original bid or naming one final rate. You then make the final decision. Only your final acceptance determines the agreed fare. You are not required to negotiate.
After posting, you receive a confirmation. Suitable drivers can submit bids. When the bidding period ends, you receive the best bids by email and choose which driver you want to continue with.
Yes. You can add a return trip with its own date and time in the form. Rides at short notice can be posted as urgent assignments so drivers can respond immediately.
Registered drivers are checked using their KvK registration and profile details. After the bidding period, you receive the best matching bids. You compare price, profile and experience and make the final choice yourself.
Yes. Use Search Drivers to filter by region, vehicle type, certifications and languages. You then contact your chosen driver directly, with no intermediary.
