For Private Clients
Are you looking for a professional driver for a special occasion, regular transport or a one-time ride? You have two options:
- Search directly: Through our search platform you can directly find and contact drivers based on province, experience and specialization.
- Post a ride assignment: Via Post Ride Assignment you can describe your ride and let drivers bid on your assignment. After the bidding period you receive the top 5 bids via email and choose the best price!

For Professional Drivers
Are you considering registering as a driver with MatchMyDriver? On our Become a Driver page you'll find all information about the registration process, requirements and benefits of our platform. How quickly will I receive a response to my question?
We strive to answer all messages within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). For urgent questions, we try to respond as quickly as possible. Messages sent during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Can I also contact you by phone?
Currently, we primarily work through email (info@matchmydriver.com) and our contact form. This allows us to answer all questions documented and thoroughly. For complex matters, we can schedule a phone appointment if necessary.
I want to register as a driver, do I need to contact you first?
No, you don't have to! You can directly download the registration form on our Become a Driver page. Fill out the form and send it to info@matchmydriver.com. Do you have questions beforehand? Then you can of course contact us first.
How can I reach a driver directly?
On each driver profile on our search page you'll find a contact button. Through this button you can communicate directly with the driver via email or WhatsApp (if the driver has enabled this option). We facilitate the contact but are not involved in the communication between you and the driver.
How does posting ride assignments work?
Via our Post Ride Assignment page you can describe a specific ride with all details (route, date, time, number of passengers, luggage). Drivers then bid their own price on this assignment. The bidding period varies from 1 to 100 hours, depending on departure time. After that, you automatically receive the top 5 bids via email. You click "Accept" on your preferred bid and the driver will contact you within 24 hours. This is completely free for clients - only registered drivers pay a small subscription fee.
Can I submit complaints or feedback through this contact form?
Absolutely. We value all feedback, both positive and negative. If you have a complaint about a driver or about our platform, please feel free to contact us. We take all reports seriously and will take action where necessary. Your feedback helps us improve the quality of MatchMyDriver.
Is my personal information safe?
