You can search for drivers based on your criteria, view their profiles, and contact them directly via email or WhatsApp. Alternatively, post a ride assignment and let drivers bid on your job. We facilitate the connection, but all negotiations and transactions happen directly between you and the driver.

Searching and contacting drivers is completely free for clients. We do not charge commission fees on transactions. Drivers pay a subscription fee to maintain their profile on the platform. All prices are negotiated directly between you and the driver without additional platform fees.

Yes, all drivers on MatchMyDriver go through a verification process where we check their licenses, insurance, and professional credentials. Many drivers also hold additional certifications such as VCA (safety awareness), BHV (first aid), and KCM (background check). Each profile shows the driver's certifications and qualifications.

After finding a suitable driver, contact them directly via email or WhatsApp chat. Discuss your requirements, negotiate prices, and arrange the service directly with the driver. MatchMyDriver facilitates the connection but is not involved in the booking process or payment transactions.
