Registered drivers pay 0% commission and have an annual plan from €25, depending on business type. The bidding period varies from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the departure time. For urgent assignments (0-12 hours until departure), the assignment automatically closes after 3 or 5 bids.

Frequently Asked Questions

The bidding period depends on the departure time: 30 minutes (0-1h until departure), 40 minutes (1-2h until departure), 1 hour (2-6h until departure), 2 hours (6-12h until departure), 3 hours (12-48h until departure), 5 hours (48-96h until departure), or 24 hours (more than 96h until departure). The assignment automatically closes after 3 bids (0-6h until departure), 5 bids (6-96h until departure) or 10 bids (more than 96h until departure).

After placing your bid, you'll receive a confirmation email. The client receives the 5 best offers and contacts their preferred driver directly.

Registered drivers pay 0% commission per ride. Non-registered drivers pay 20% commission, excluding 21% VAT, when a ride is awarded to them and are offered the opportunity to register.
